While doing some research on casters, I came across this website that was very resourceful.

They work on making technology more accessible, with clean, simple design.
I hadn't thought about designing a cart that was wheelchair accessible, but it is something that is very important in the design of the medical cart.
It would allow for patients to use the tablet, as well as nurses, doctors, etc.
